VIX totally over extend, and SPY seems to be finding support at 109.

Am anticipating for a bounce back after the huge 2-day sell off.

Watch list for Long entry tonight are UVV, ORCL, SHLM. 

I forgone BIIB, as the Risk/Reward wasn't as promising compared to the rest, and I only have 3R of risk left for trading this month. (I'll only allow myself for a most -3R lost per month)
