Every since I've been introduced to the blues + jazz from rewsnat, I have since never failed to introduced the Blue Note into my style of playing, though most of the time, my improvisation mainly is only on the 7th note.

In its earliest manifestations, the flattened third, or mediant, and flattened seventh, or subtonic, were the main blue notes.

Well, as a matter of fact, I always forget what the variation of 7 means when it comes to chords reading, and thus, I've decided to put it up here, so as to serve it as a reference for myself.

C7 or Cmaj-7 or Cdim7 => C, E, G, Bb
Cm7(C minor 7) => C, Eb, G, Bb
